The FORWELL Q.D.C.S.provides maximum flexibility to accommodate diversification in presses and dies with its unique serialized design concept of components and equipment. For the system configuration best suited to your need refer to the following:
1. Standard Hydraulic Schematics

2. Selections of Clamps
| Basic clamp selection | Select TX Clamp when die U-slots provided. Select TY Clamp when die U-slots not provided. |
| Determine the clamping force (Model) | Clamping force = 20% Press Tonnage |
| Distribution of upper and Lower clamping force | More of the press tonnage for each of the upper and lower dies. (Clamp the upper die):(Clamping the lower die)=3:2 (Single die clamping force)=(upper or lower dies clamping force)÷Clamps Number |
| Determine the Number of clamps required | Determine the number of clamps according to the dimensions and configuration of the dies and the T-slot arrangement on the press. |
| Screw Blot | M16 | M18 | M20 | M24 | M30 | M38 |
| Clamping Farce (tf) | 3 | 4 | 6 | 10 | 15 | 20 |
| *Determine the number of clamp according to the dimension and configuration of the dies and the T-slot arrangement on the press. | ||||||
3. Selections of Die Lifting
Select spring-loaded or hydraulic die lifter
Select spring-loaded (DR DU) or hydraulic (DL) according to the press tonnage, die weight, and the die positioning accuracy required.

4. Selections of Die Arm
