Question: What are the future trends for automation in the punch press and injection machinery industries?

Answer: We can see from looking at the China market that automation is alleviating the labor shortage problem, and in 10 years the punch press and injection molding industries in China will continue to implement factory wide rapid mold/die change automated production models. For example, Foxconn China has already begun robotic research and development for their future goal of "a million robots for a million workers". This will solve both the labor shortage and high labor cost problems, and allow Forwell to substantially increase its production capacity. The demand for automation clearly trending throughout industry. Manufacturers must continue moving in this direction to maintain their industrial competitiveness.

Rapid Die Changing Systems - High Efficiency and High Quality Production

Question: What's special about the newly launched rapid die change system?

Answer: The newly released rapid mold/die change systems for injection molding and press lines are especially adapted for manufacturers using traditional machinery to allow them to gain an actual understanding of the importance and necessity of automation through automated die changing trolley systems. Rapid die changing systems for injection molding lines allow the mold storage system to automatically deploy molds to each machine, as well as implement automatic changing operations, including changing, locking, and storing. Question: How are you looking to expand your international markets and distribution?

Answer: Forwell Precision is presently actively expanding the main Chinese market, and is also exploring opportunities for the Indian, Turkish, Eastern European markets. We are also actively recruiting agents in every country.

In order to accommodate Foxconn's rapid die changing system supply demands and the development of the Central China market, Forwell has recently established a company at Huai'an expected to have a 2% annual growth rate. Forwell Ning Bo factory's original plans to increase production capacity by 50% will be completed shortly, and will satisfy future order demands for China's market.

My wife, Hue Dan Ren will be the club chairman. Currently there are 60 members, and we expect by the end of the year Forwell Lions Club will have over 100 members.
