Forwell Precision Machine - Strict Quality Checks

Forwell Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. specializes in research, development and planning of Quick Mold Changing Systems, and Die/Mold Cart System for press automation. Since 1997 when the company first passed ISO 9002 international quality certification (today's ISO 9001) the company has shown consistent drive, practicality and performance to meet or exceed ISO standards, impelling company management, policies and service to be more coherent and effective.
In addition to completing construction of Forwell's Global Planning and Management Center, the company has established independent R&D centers for each of the company's new divisions, as well as an on-line sales system. The company expects its Taiwan plant re-structuring and expansion plans to be finished by the end of this year, completing implementation of the company's "Promise of Consistent Quality" covering China and Taiwan production facilities.
Forwell president, Mr. Wen-Lung Hsiao states that in general Taiwanese businessmen in China purchase raw materials that pass Taiwanese quality standards in an effort keep the quality of there own products high. Nevertheless, because the level of China's industry is still comparatively low, poor stability with material quality can still occur.
Since operations began in the Ningbo (China) plant, Forwell's raw materials and parts have all been imported from Taiwan. Furthermore, Ningbo management, production, and quality control all take advantage of improvements made in the Taiwan plant. Strict QC means product quality coming out of Ningbo and Taiwan are one and the same. In this way the company hopes to shatter the image that Made in China products are unreliable, and develop benefits of economies of scale.
Mr. Hsiao also indicated that this year the company will establish dedicated R&D centers for the company's Press, Injection Machines, Quick Mold Changing Machines for Casting, and Accessories product divisions. These divisions will mutually support a more accurate picture of domestic and foreign business bases, and get the company's plan of "Full Plant Automated Mold Changing Systems" moving forward.
In particular, Forwell leads the domestic industry in successful development of press, hydraulic mold/die cart systems, injection, and mold changing machines for casting. These systems automatically take care of moving molds/dies in and out of machines, stabilizing and locking set ups into position. These are the most effective solutions for large scale molds/dies in the 3-15 ton range.
