FORWELL PRECISION MACHINERY CO., LTD. is enjoying immense success as their latest quick mold change systems hit markets at home and abroad. As quality is already up to par with western standards and innovations are catching many an eye, the company is forging ahead with the motto, "Let's Make the Customer Famous."
Conformity is the key to success in large scale enterprise. President Hsiao stated that at present he has developed a synergistic conglomerate under the banner of "FORWELL TECHNOLOGY GROUP"comprised of the following five affiliates: FORWELL PRECISION MACHINERY CO., LTD, FORWELL PRECISION MACHINERY (Ning Bo) CO., LTD, FORWELL CO., LTD., the Shen Zhen office, and the Shang Hai office. This year's marketing plan entitled "Marketing the Dragon" encompasses four main strategies. The first is called "Head of the Dragon," designed to optimize the company's support of each factory using its equipment. Second there is "Staff of the Dragon," which encourages factories to realize their own individual authority in their specific domains. Third, "Throne of the Dragon," is intended to establish the mentality among factories that they are equipped, protected, and unconquerable. The fourth strategy is called "Seal of the Dragon," finalizing the fact that FORWELL equipment empowers factories to dictate market flow, rather that formally flowing with market trends.
President Hsiao pointed out that the direction the industry is heading in dictates the need for small, diverse batch production. This is an era in which profit to unit ratios are just getting lower. Manufacturers need to turn out higher quality products more efficiently, and be prepared for the highest turnover rates the industry has ever called for. This means automation.
